When I try to open a PageSpinner document I get the following error message: "The document cannot be translated because an unexpected problem has occurred (-2048)." This problem is caused by some setting in Mac Easy Open using QuickTime translations and can also occur in other applications. It appears that Mac Easy Open tries to convert the file using some form of QuickTime translation. It can easily be fixed by clicking the button that deletes the preferences in Mac OS Easy Open's Control Panel.
